File Blender – A file conversion utility for Windows

File Blender is an customizable conversion and processing tool.

File Blender is a portable application, therefore there is no need to install the software,  that allows you to convert files by dropping the files into the interface. File Blender uses command line programs to process the files.

Extensible File Conversion

You can extend the use the software by adding command line arguments to its action folder thereby getting the software to run some extra commands while converting.

Using FIle Blender you can also split and join large files in certain formats like PDF and TIFF formats.

If you do not see yourself using any of the conversion options like audio file conversion you can choose to download File Blender without those addons.

File Formats  Supported

If you download the full application the following file formats are supported

  • Common image formats like BMP, JPG, PNG, GIF and TIF
  • Common audio formats like MP3, WAV, FLAC and OGG
  • PDF/TIFF splitter and joiner
  • JavaScript and CSS minifier

I use File Blender for converting image formats and highly recommend it for those who regularly convert formats of the files.
